Note from Hayward, CA

This morning, I'll be speaking on "The Secret of the Easy Yoke" at a Filipino church here in Hayward. Then, we'll be off to Bakersfield for the last night of our journey.

Overall, our time in Sacramento was productive. I even got an invitation from Pastor William Tanghap to present our ministry and connect with more churches at the Filipino Pastor's meeting at the end of June. As it turns out, he's actually coordinating the event!

Honestly, we're going to Bakersfield because the Comfort Inn in Hayward smells like smoke even though it's supposedly a non-smoking room. Christine and Josiah are having trouble sleeping because of it. Plus, Bakersfield is about halfway between here and home. So Jojo will only have to deal with about four hours in the car at a time instead of the eight it would take to drive straight.
